Whether an application is integrated into the Cloudron user management or uses a custom login can be easily seen from the Cloudron dashboard.
When hovering over an application on the dashboard a small user pictogram is displayed in the upper left corner. In case the application uses a custom login the pictogram is only outlined:
But if the app is using a Cloudron login (and the current users has permissions to access the app) then the pictogram is filled out:
